Comid are well known in the valve repair industry and have many on-going contracts with large companies. We are always interested in hearing from individuals with good engineering skills who are looking to work in an ever-changing environment to meet the demanding requirements of customers. Current Vacancies:

1) We are looking for individuals with good engineering skills who are looking to work in an ever-changing environment to meet the demanding requirements of customers. We offer competitive rates and conditions and the opportunity to work in an environment where every job and task can be different!

You will operate under general supervision and perform a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the servicing, repair and maintenance of a varied range of industrial valves. You may be required to operate light and medium-duty equipment as well as undertake other related duties as required.

2) We have identified two quality suppliers of Actuators: One for Electro Hydraulic Actuators and another for Electric Multi and Quarter turn Actuators.

Our aim is to build a team of Engineers to assist with the Sales, Commissioning, Retrofitting, Workshop and Field Service of Valves and Actuation packages.

To enable us to achieve this, we are looking to recruit suitable candidates to help us realise our goal.

3) We are also looking for experienced persons with knowledge of Safety and Safety Relief valves.

Applicants should have significant experience in the dismantling, refurbishment, reassembly and testing of all leading makes of Safety Valves.

These posts are predominately workplace based, however some site work with periods of overnight stay will be required. Weekend and overtime work is always a possibility in this customer focussed industry.

This is a permanent contract subject to completion of a satisfactory probation period
